Pre-Ordered Products
New stocks are arriving all the time so we can offer you the opportunity to pre-order a product prior to its availability in stock. There are a few terms and conditions that apply.
Your Peace of Mind
You will be able to cancel your pre-order at any time prior to the product being delivered and you will receive a full refund.
Should the price of any of the products ordered be reduced price prior to delivery, you are entitled to a refund of the difference in the price of the item.
If the price of any of the products ordered increase prior to delivery, we will honour the price paid at the time of your order.
Our Promise to You
We will do everything we can to ensure you receive your order as soon as stocks are available. This may include, but is not limited to, securing stocks from multiple distributors, purchasing from other retailers within Australia, or purchasing from international sources.
You will be advised if our supplier / wholesaler changes the expected date of arrival of any product.
All availability or expected dates advised to you on your pre-order products will be estimates from our suppliers or warehouses. Unfortunately, we have no control over these dates, and they may change without prior notice.
Any pre-order products will not be eligible for a discount using discount codes.
How to Pre-Order A Product:
Pre-orders can only be secured online through our online stores. You are required to pay the full advertised price of the product advertised. Please note that any of the pre-ordered products may be shipped individually however the refund in the pricing (if any) will be held until all products have been delivered.
